How to Add Your Hosting / Domain Email to iPhone Mail
Connect your professional domain email ([email protected]) to the iPhone Mail app using IMAP. Works with any hosting provider.
Any hosting-based email account (cPanel, Plesk, etc.) can be added to iPhone Mail using IMAP. Here's how to do it step by step.
What You'll Need
- Your email address (e.g.
[email protected]) and password - Incoming server:
mail.yourdomain.com(check your hosting panel) - Outgoing server: usually the same
Add the Account to iPhone Mail
- Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other.
- Tap Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, email address, password, and a description.
- Tap Next. iOS will try to detect the settings automatically.
- If it fails, select IMAP at the top and fill in the server details from the table below.
- Tap Next and then Save.

SSL certificate error? If iPhone shows "Cannot verify server identity", it means the SSL certificate on your mail server doesn't match your domain. Tap Continue to use the account anyway, or ask your hosting provider for the correct secure mail hostname.
